Returns

How can I make a return?

You can ask for a return within 30 days of receipt, if you want to do so, just log in to your account and locate the product from the order that you want to return, then follow the steps. Keep in mind that in order for you to be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Does a return cost me anything?

Depends on wich return option you wish to choice. We can either refund you 50% of the value of the product as a gift card, for wich you won't have to pay anything, and you get to keep the product for yourself, or we can refund 100% of your money back to your card balance after you send us the product that you ordered, in this case the expenses for the returning of the product are on your behalf.

When will I get my money back?

If you choose to get refunded with a gift card, we will send it to you in 1-2 days. If you wish to get refunded to your bank account we will send you back your money within 5-7 days from us receiving the product back. Keep in mind that the bank may take some days to process the payment too.

I don't like the product I ordered, can I return it?

Yes, you can return any product you ordered back to us within 30 days of receipt if you didn't like it in person, you can do this trought your account or by contacting us.
